Every engagement is scoped to the question in front of it. Tell us where AI sits in your organization and where the risk, value, or governance questions are, and we will respond with a concrete read on where you stand and a sensible first step.

Email reaches the practice directly. Where the question involves specifics about your systems, that is usually the better opening — the form is there for a first line of enquiry.

How the work is scoped

Engagements are built around what already exists rather than sold from a menu. The range runs from a bounded assessment of where AI creates exposure, through ISO/IEC 42001 readiness and gap analysis, to designing the architectural guardrails that hold governance together in production.

Which of those applies depends on what is already in place, the inventory, the risk criteria, the evidence an auditor would ask for. Establishing that is what the first conversation is for, and it costs nothing.

What happens next

01

A reply within two business days

Not an acknowledgement. A read on what you have described, and a question or two where the answer would change the advice.

02

A call, where it would help

Thirty to forty-five minutes. Long enough to establish where AI actually runs, which role you occupy under whichever regime reaches you, and what evidence already exists.

03

A written first step

A short note setting out what the work would cover, what it would produce, and how long it would take. Scope is agreed before anything begins.
